Abstract The article reports on the lobby by the American Legion for U.S. Congress removal of marijuana from the list of drugs without potential medical use classification. Topics include the veterans organization's Ohio convention resolution promoting potentials for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)treatment, traumatic brain injury (TBI) as well as a study from the Drug Enforcement Administration. Also mentioned are Iraq war veteransdiagnosed with PTSD, Zika funding and traditional medications.
